Add this colorful Navajo inlay handmade butterfly brooch & pendant to your collection for those of you who are butterfly lovers. Handmade with Turquoise, Black Jet, and created Opal, this butterfly brooch is very well done. The inlay work is performed to perfection with no gaps between the stones and silver. This technique is very difficult to accomplish and is known as Intarsia Inlay where the stones are cut to fit precisely against each other. The wings of the butterfly are created with the Navajo silver overlay technique as well. This brooch also carries with it the hallmark stamp of the Native American Navajo artist who created it. It is versatile in the sense that it can be worn as a brooch or a pendant.
